Im thinking of upgrading really soon since all this new hardware is coming out and stuff but money is a issue but it can possibly be overcomed.

Heres my current system, I made thsi last august

AMD XP 2400+ @ 2.25GHZ
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
Kingstong 1024MB PC 3200
nVidia Geforce 4 Mx440 SE
IBM Deskstar 40gb
Antec 300 WATT Psu

I just ordered a stick of ram so thats upgraded.. Im thinking of getting a radeon 9800 pro then upgrade the mb and cpu soon after that.. Think thats a good idea?

Also what are some good speak sets for under $100
 
Wait for the 6600GT or X700XT video cards come out, they will be a little bit more expensive or even the same price but their speeds are far greater than today' cards.
 
definitely vid card, everything else is solid. depending on what ur price range is you have a lot of options. if its under 200, go with 9600xt, or like clockworks said, wait for 6600, even if its pricey, it will probably lower the price of previous generation cards.
