If you don't have a big monitor, that would be the best upgrade.
If you already have a decent monitor, get a new video card.

Yep, no need to upgrade, unless you really want the extra space. Going from a TN panel to a TN panel you really won't notice any difference in colour reproduction.

What are using this machine for and what's your budget? Without knowing that I don't see how any of us can give you decent advice on what you should be doing with it.
 
I would save a bit more and purchase a Dell ultrasharp 2209WA instead.
