What settings do you guys recommend me putting both in the ati driver control panel and INgame options for Half-life 2 on this system. First off i will be running 4.11 cats i have noticed jittering on water effects on 4.12betas so im sticking with 4.11s...anyways this is the system...

Pentium4 1.5GHz
512MB RAM
Radeon 9700pro 128MB

What settings do you guys recommend i set to have a good balance of performance and quality? Does anyone have a similar system as the one above and are playing half-life 2 and CS:Source?
 
OUCH.. ur 1.5ghz p4 gets eaten by one of the late pentium 3's lol... but anyways... 1024x980 medium/high quality is wut it looks like...
 
Actually besides the resolution...what settings? will be running 1027x768 on a 17" monitor
