What settings are best?

I have a soyo kt400 dragon ultra and pc3200 geil stick of 512, also an athlon 2100, i can only get my cpu at 166fsb, so i want it in sync so ikeep the ram at 166 too. this is good right? but i have these other settings like cas latency, and Bank interleave, should cas be at 2, and bank at 4 bank? and then do agp peformance fast or normal make a difference, and should i have fast writes on, Radeon 9500 pro overclocking

yeah run your ram 1:1 always on amd boards (except the new 64 bit ones)

fast writes on for gcard.

set all your ram settings as low as you can, if it's stable at cas2 which it should be thats best. the only ram setting you want to be high is tras, set that to 11. not 100% sure what you should set bank interlieve to, i dont have that option i my board so havnt played with it.
