In The US, are shipping services like FedEX and UPS still in operation?

Fed Ex is running for sure...

i ordered a NEC ND-2510A yesterday morning and with the free shipping its being delivered as we speak...
 
I think it's just government and financial/stock related businesses that are closed for the most part.

So USPS, no, any other shipping company, probably yes.
 
It is only major Federal Institutions, I.E. Govt Building, Mail, Stock Market...etc.
