What replaced the Gigabyte GA-990fxa-ud3,ud5 and ud7?

I have a GA-990fxa-ud3 R5 right now that has been great over the years.

I also have a GA-MA790X-ud4P that is causing me some grief and I need to replace it.

What was the next generation after the ud3-ud7's ? I wouldn't mind finding another ud3-r5 but used ones actually went in price.

I am not a gamer, mostly do Photoshop, Illustrator, and embroidery software so I dont need a bunch of horsepower.
 
there isn't anything better after that. their newest board is 990x based. but if youre not worried about the best, that or a 970 based one would be fine.
 
Wow, and to think I paid $46 for my 990fxa-ud3 r5 19 months ago and now you cant touch that. It has been a sweet mobo.
 
Guess its down to buying off of fleabay. Whats you feelings for the UD3 Rev. 4?
 
about as good as you can get. and I like GB's stuff. literally have never had a prob with one of their products that I didn't cause myself(push too hard).
