What Ram should I use for overclocking?

I have a question about Ram. Here is the Setup I am going to have and I would like to know what you guys would suggest.

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Toledo 1GHz HT 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 Dual Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe
Video Card: eVGA 256-P2-N516 Geforce 7800GT
Ram: 2 gigs (4 sticks) Corsair XMS PC3200 400MHz CL2 5-2-2 DDR CMX512-3200XL
Or
Ram: 2 gigs (4 sticks) Geil Ultra-X nForce4 Edition PC3200 400MHz CL2 5-2-2 DDR GLXNF5123200UP

I am also planning on getting this Phase change unit when it comes out:

Looking at the over clock guide I see someone using a phase change unit over clocked a 3800+ 1100 Mhgz. Using a voltage of 1.6. I would think that would put quite a big strain on your memory. This is if you have to raise its voltage as well. So I am asking which one would be the better memory to get if I wanted to over clock my computer to that extremes. Thanks in advance for the info.

If you use the memory dividers and leave the memory at it's stock speed, you don't need anything fancy. Super duper overclocking memory is not necessary for most overclocking on an A64 processor.

I use ordinary Corsair ValueRam (2 gb) and have had zero problems getting my A64 3500 up to 2.6ghz ( I leave it at 2.53 for Folding stability). Naturally you have to make sure the memory is running at near stock speed.

So with 4 sticks I won't be able to overclock it as much or without any overclocking it would be slower with 4 sticks then 2?
