i just bought a 550watt ttgi superflower psu and im buying a amd 2500plus system with a antec 450 in it wich psu should i put in my main rig rig in pro

Now that I am done being a smart ass.....a little more info. Parts of you comp, and which make model of PSU's. What will you be doing with it......etc....
