Almost done with my rig, only need the PSU now. Here is it so far...

Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146041
Motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128075
CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103243
1GB DDR2 800 RAM
250GB IDE HDD
40GB IDE HDD
DVD Burner SATA
Video Card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134038

Any recommendations that can run all that (including Case LED, Fans, etc) well?

What is your budget?

Both units below will easily power your rig. Both are built on the same Seasonic platform. However the Corsair offers a longer warranty and better caps.

Corsair VX450
Antec EA-430

If you don't mind spending a little more then go for the VX550.

If you need reviews then look here and here.

Sometimes it's hard to tell. A lot of power supplies that claim/designed to be made by major names are just rebranded supplies from a handful of ODMs. Most reviews take them apart and try to find what ODM made it.

Antec Earthwatts are REALLY nice PSU's, but unless you can get them at discount or rebate, I'd go with any of the Corsair's for a few bucks more.

450w or 550w would be perfect.
