What programs or methods do you use to check cpu and gpu temps?

I have googled it and sites say use everest, belarc, core temp, realtemp. I know i can view it in the bios but is their an easier way of viewing it in windows 7?

I need to update my sig. here is what I just built. I copied and pasted from my build thread so the links might not work.

Any recommendations on what I should run to break it in other than prime95, 3dmark.

Im a little fuzzy right now. I was up all night building it and im on like 2 hours of sleep.

I personally use Aida 64 Extreme (formerly Everest). I recently made use of their new Sensor Panel display, and this is how the panel looks on my left monitor
