What program to preset 3d overclock and 2d underclock?

I tried riva tuner but it will only let me change the current speed, 2d and 3d are locked

Is there another program that can do this?

You need to enable RivaTuner's Statistics Server to monitor hardware acceleration first, then set up thresholds for changing clock speed based on it. Set threshold to 0.5, so it catches the change from 0 to 1 and back. That's exactly what I'm doing. My 8800 GT core speed is 450MHz when I'm not playing games. Jumps to 700MHz when I am.

My cards 2D mode is 400/490, 3D mode shoots up to 624/615.
