What program(s) to check for dead/stuck pixels?

just ordered a Dell 2405FPW (1920x1200).

what programs/apps (link please?) should i use to check for dead/stuck pixels? to check for backlight bleeding problems, i just use the "blank" windows screen saver right?
 
Try "dead pixel buddy"

backlight problems should be easily visible from the blank screensaver, my 2005fpw has slight backlight issues in the left corners, but no dead pixels.
