What program do i use to flash gpu bios in vista?

got a couple aftermarket coolers, now i want to flash the bios to make them run at 700 core the entire time. nvflash doesnt work with vista 64 bit.
 
nope, I had to run XP to flash with nvflash, even at a dos window it wouldnt load the service to flash in Vista. Just flashed my 8800GTX to stock last night in anticipation of selling it since I have a 4870 coming. Again, I had to boot over to my XP HD because nvflash didnt work under Vista.
