What program can play a .wve file?

I am trying to embed a movie from Alpha Centauri into a PowerPoint presentation I am putting together. I would love to embed a .wve movie from the game into the presentation, but cannot find any manner in which the file will is able to be accessed by PowerPoint.

Any ideas from the cerebral and bit orientated?
