Can a PSU cause? I just built the rig in my sig and I used a 20-24 pin connector not to mention I don't have a 6 pin connector to I used another adapter for the PCI-e vid card...and I've had some data curruption happen i.e. downloads, installation of games, etc. Both my hardrives shouldn't be bad....
The PSU is understandable to me...

Also the internet will stop working until I restart, but it will still work on other computers...is this a bad mobo or weak PSU? The RAM is good--the Vid card is good--the CPU is good I suppose....

You will see worse signs if the PSU isnt supplying enough power like unable to power on in one go, graphics corruption, BSOD, crashes etc.
Its possible another PSU fault could contribute towards your problem but is much less likely.

If the corruptions are torrents, try another client.
Does the internet stopping only occur when using torrents or other filesharing?
If so, try uTorrent, its easily the nicest to your PC.

Have you tried configuring your PC to have more half open connections?
This may help if a filesharing app is stealing all the half open connections.
uTorrent defaults to using 8 so Increase yours to say 16.

It could also be memory errors. They'll screw with your head in a bad way. Try running the bootable version of memtest 86+ and see if it turns up any errors. Let it loop for a minimum of 24hrs and go from there.

I will try.

Is it possible that it's just a bad motherboard? Could it be that the Nvidia LAN has old drivers and I should use the Yukon LAN instead? If you didn't know, I have 2 gigabit lan jacks on this motherboard. It seems to have magically started working properly now, but I cannot say that it will stay that way...
