an SN45G (Shuttle Barebone w/ nForce2 ultra 400? Price tops at 150 and I'm looking for a gig. Will go together with an athlon XP 2400+ mobile.

I'm assuming your going to be OCing, sicne your getting the mobile proc. I'd stick with some good quality PC3200, either Mushkin, Corsair XMS, or Kingston HyperX.
 
If you don't plan on going higher than 200/210 fsb then most any name brand 'value-series' pc3200 will do. Kingston and Corsair Value come to mind.
 
You can't go wrong with Corsair and Kingston. I don't think you should overclock in a shuttle. The small space leads to easy overheating.
