What memory ICs are used on this OCZ ram?

I just bought two 512MB sticks of the above mentioned model. If you check out the link, the modules have a copper heatspreader. I want to know what ICs are under those heatspreaders but I obviously don't want to trash the warranty...

If anyone knows what ICs are used, please do say so :) . I heard CH-5 memory is a possibility, but there's nothing to back that up...

They don't use Winbond, Micron or Hynix ICs in those modules, last I heard it was Mosel Vitelic stuff.
