what kind of overclock could i get with this...

I have an intel Q9650, gigabyte GA-X48-DS5, corsair dominator pc2-8500, a coolermaster cosmos rc-1000 case and an Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro (not sure which revision, bought it over a year ago).
ATM, everything is at stock speeds/settings. What kind of overclock could I achieve with my current setup easily? I know that overclocking isn't an exact science and requires a lot of trial and error, but right off the bat: what could I get? what could i get with some additional tweaking and what-not?

A 20-25% overclock is almost a guarantee so you should be able to get 3.6-3.8 without too much effort. Getting to 4.0 GHz or higher would probably require some tweaking.
 
What everyone else said, 3.6~3.8. However, each chip is different and yours might be really crappy or really good.
 
I'm guessing 4ghz almost guaranteed with tweaking probably 4.2-4.3.

Edit: Just saw your heatsink..Your board can probably handle it..but I think temperatures may become a problem first.
