What is your boot.ini setting regarding DEP ?

What is your setting here, and have you thought of changing the default ?

I have it on "AlwaysOff" - but I like the default it's kinda ok("Optin").

Teori is that if you don't have a DEP cabable CPU and a program opts in - then you have to do DEP in software via the CPU hence a performance hit.

I have no numbers to back it for now, anybody tried testing it?

I have "AlwaysOff" as well. DEP was causing explorer.exe to crash too many times.
