I keep getting this message every time I try to open any program on my comp... everything seems to be messed up, I cant even run msconfig!!! I get the same message for that as well, how can I fix this?
 
Looks like it's time for you to back up your data, format, and reinstall. This could be a symptom of a greater problem, and after spending hours of time mucking about trying to fix it, the OS may still not run right. Spend two hours reinstalling Windows, though, and you're good as new.
