When I boot up where the CPU name should be there is just a bunch of garbled text. This is also true in WCPUID. It has always been like that since I got the board and processor.

What it displays is this: µ€fÁáþÃè·ÿfY±ŠÃþÈè¼Iè)Hr©€åø€Ås¡Ãè%

I also took a screenshot of WCPUID but have no where to host it.

Specs should be in sig....

correct me if I'm wrong but... it looks like the data that's being displayed hasn't actually been ment to be displayed... all info about CPU is placed in certain registers - and everything you see are ASCII codes and those doesn't make sense...
 
I guess I didn't think there was a newer bios out but I checked and there was. :eek: I flashed the bios and it shows up fine now.
