What is this Ram type thing>?

I was digging in the trash computer pile at work today and forund this.
I did a google search by the numbers on it , went to the asus web site, and I found nothing.

It says "Asus C-P2T PC100 " but its not pc100 ram, my boss ( I.T. guru ) said it might be some sort of pc100 fake-out insert to go into a ram slot.......

any ideas???

looks like the module dell and others used to make the system think there were two RDRAM sticks installed. RDRAM had to installed in pairs, so when they only put 128mb or something like that, they put one stick and one fake stick

that sure as hell aint RDRAM tho, i wonder what it was used for

It's a resistive terminator used when one CPU was used in dual CPU slot one systems:
