Hey everyone, I just got an Enermax EG651P-VE FM(24P) and I noticed that on the 20+4 pin main connector there is extra single orange pin that is bundled with the 20 and 4 pin connectors. I haven't read anything that identifies this and I was wondering if this is something that needs to be connnected. If anyones knows what this is please share.
Heres a picture of itIt is bundled with the 20+4 pins

At a guess, it's probably for turning on the psu without it being connected to a mobo (ie not having to use the paper clip trick.)

I could be waaay off the mark though.

The extra pin is a 3.3v line that can be snapped into the ATX power connector for compatability with older ATX12V and GES motherboards. In most current generation systems you should just leave it hanging where it is unused.
