Ok, im looking for the largest case (width is important, at least 10" internal, yeah, i know, that's what she says, but seriously folks...), well built (eg: Antec, Silverstone, Lian Li, etc...) in the $300 range,

I need plently of room for a future watercooling hybrid project im working on.

Im currently looking at the Antec P190 or the Cooler Master Cosmos since both have sound dampening in mind and noise levels need to be kept low on this build.

Thanks for any input!

Are you looking specifically for a tower configuration or would one of the cube cases from Mountainmods or Danger Den also be possible (maybe even a TT Mozart)?

warning: she is a beast. I worked on these cases for over a year back in '99-'01 when I was in the gaming boutique industry

Lian li also has a cube monster

I was hoping to find a tower type case but the cube is an interesting option for sure...Hmm...

The Akasa Eclipse/Ultra m998/Global Win YCC-61F1 (all basically the same case) is pretty wide. The Silverstone TJ09/10 as well. These are wide mainly because their mobo drawers can hold 120mm fans. Unnecessary width is generally avoided in case designs, but with those cases it's necessary. Some Lian Li cases are short, but make up for it in width and length.

yea these things are a pain, i modded and watercooled one. all internally, was a pain. however they are built extremely sturdy being steel.

also another option is really rediculously large. more the an MM cube is the 12u server cube from addtronics,

Ok, well after careful consideration I have decided to get the Thermaltake Mozart. It has the room I need and unlimited modding options. Look for a worklog soon!

Thanks for all your input!

Revived to say thanks again to: kuyaglen, kingsleytim and colinstu for recommending the Mozart TX...it's going to be the perfect case for this project!

Here's a pic of her tucked tightly under my desk. I have 3/8" clearance between my desk and the top, lol.

This is the core to a hybrid liquid cooling unit im working on. Keep an eye out for a worklog, if your into that kinda thing. :D

...you could fit like 3 or 4 systems in there with proper placement; that thing is HUGE.

nice pick up for you since it suits your needs.
