It totally depends on the chip and what chipset you have.
But I'd say that the MAX you'd ever want a computer going on the "c" range is around 60c.
That is WAY warm.
Every chipset has a standard and maximum temp allowance. Find out what chip you have go to the support page for that chip and it will tell you that info.
