This might be a bit of a stupid question, but aside from all the cables that come with it, What is the difference between this 2 Vid Cards?

i mean this one is like495.00$ and this one is 625.00$ but they are both the same card, exept that the cheaper one is powercolor.
 
first, the $495 one is a X800 pro. Second the $695 is a 9800XT. Third, the $695 one is also a FireGL line card, which is primarily useful for developers and the like. If what i have said doesn't clear up the differences between the two, there is google.
