What do you want to do with it?

If it's not extreme ultra super duper mage turbo high-performance, any of those would do.
 
Try OCZ PC4200

Otherwise I'd stick with PC3500 Mushkin Level II and give it voltage. None of those PC4000 would be able keep the timings like the Mushkin can at 250MHz
 
not just mushkin level ii.... anything with bh-5 in it.. i think you can get some adata pc4000 with bh-5 for not too much. i havent talked to anyone with it, but im sure its good memory.
