What is "StorageAppMonitor.lnk" and "StoreAppMonitor.exe"?

This morning I came across these two files. The ".lnk" (shortcut) was in my startup folder. I did not put it there and I don't recall installing anything to put it there. What is concerning about this is the Signature List shows this file was signed by "IDrive". Any thoughts?
