i kinda know what over clockin is but not completely and i havent the slightest clue on how to do it could someone explain i have a amd processor ........

Overclocking is making your CPU and other components run at a faster speed than they're normally intended to run. People do this to make hardware perform like higher end models. Say you buy an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro. Most people would OC it so it would perform like a 9800 XT.

we are going to need some system specs before we can advise you on how to over clock your system, more information is always good :D

so how do you do it?

you use OCing software
you use system BIOS
you do physical tweaks to your hardware (jumpers, soldering, whatever)

tell us your system specs first....(motherboard, cpu, psu, memory..) overclocking isnt something to jump right into either...u could damage your hardware and well that just pisses me off when that happens so read up in the forums ;)
