What is good video Joiner for RM, wmv files

I have just tried:

All Video Joiner, which doesn't support RM format and w/ joining WMV files, the audio is way off leading the video.

I then tried:

"Power Video Converter" that can convert and joined, but when I joined a few WMV file to MPG, first it created a series of MPG first, then when I joined, a 650x485 HI res. screen somehow shrink to the size of a icon.

Is there any good video joiner out there? I need to merge WMV files to either AVI or RM, as well, merge RM files to bigger RM or AVI files.
