What is causing my BSDs

I am having trouble with a new machine I built.

ABIT An8
3500+ Winchester
Sapphire x700 PCI-E
Maxtor SATAs (200 and 80GB)
Water Cooled
Danger Den TDX
Danger Den GPU waterblock
320 GPH pump

When I first put it together, I ran it on an already installed WinXP Home. It installed the new drivers and worked well for 2 weeks. CPU temp in low 40's under load.

Then one day it would not boot. Some windows files were missing or corrupt.

I put in an old IDE drive to try and install windows from scratch.

Everytime I try to load windows, I get a Blue Screen of Death now. It occurs when windows is about to try to format the drive.

I have swapped memory, power supply, hard drives, cables, everything I can think of but no joy.

Could the Mobo be bad?

Could the A/C pump be causing interference with something?
 
Try your SATA, what chipset it using mine was using Silicon, my BSOD pointed to the drivers so I am now using the Nvidia ones and its fine :D
