What is a really cheap AGP card ?

I only have 17 Amps on the 12 volt rail.

Define "cheap". Cheap as in:

1. I only need it to run a system. No games
2. Cheap as possible but can still run some current games

I can't really help you unless I know that. Otherwise I'd just tell you to buy a used Geforce 4 from the forum.
 
Well I already have a GeForce 440MX. But it cannot play anything current as its DX7.
 
What's in the rest of your system? 17A isn't too bad under certain conditions. And do you have a 12V1 and 12V2 rails? If so you might have more amps on 12V.

Something like a 6600GT, 7600GS or HD2600 Pro may work.

My HTPC only has 10A on 12V and it runs a dual core CPU and a X1650 Pro.
