i need to know, is this all compatible? and i need some suggestions for what i don't have, like soundcard. i already have keyboard/monitor/mouse. 1 more thing, is newegg canadian or american?

I might be wrong, but I think your CPU is Socket 754 and your mobo is 939.

And newegg is American.
