What HSF should I get?

I am running a 3.0 prescott with an Asus P4P800 SE motherboard.

I am looking to upgrade from the stock HSF to get better temps when I OC the CPU.

These are the two contender I've found so far:

Can anyone recommend one over the other or maybe an entirely different one?

Any positive input would be greatly appriciated.

I don't think neither of them will handle a 3.0 prescott. I would say

and get a 92 mm fan. It should provide room for OC'ing

Actually, I'm already OCing it to 3.38GHz and I never get higher than 54C.

I don't want to spend $40+ dollars on the new solution either. I'd like to keep it at about $30 or less. I assume that pretty much anything is better than the stock...

This is a good choice also, well worth the money.
