ok guys the two i have in mind are either a ThermalRight SLK-947U (Socket 478 & Socket A) Cooler (HS-009-TR) or Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu Ultra-Quiet CPU Cooler

I've got a budget of £30 (what those two are), to cool a Athlon 2500 mobile (overclocked) and i'll be using a quite fan (most of the time :) ) also any other ideas are more than welcome.
 
The Zalman should be cheaper and about the same in cooling as the Thermalright.
