what happened to my firefox?

ok yesterday i booted up in save mode with networking to scan my comp for nastys

after that was done, i came back i to windows the normal way and firefox had changed, i had to import my bookmarks again(think god i back them up) and my search bar dosent work

icant add any book marks, cant add any search engines and least of all it will never open maxamized

any ideas? ive uninstalled it, reinstalled 3 times no, same shit every time

I know there is a bug in all versions of firefox for the missing bookmarks thing but for not being able to put them back in is odd.

Run a "chkdsk /f" on your system and see what you get.

Revert to your old profile. Start Firefox with the command switch -p, select the old profile, and there you go.
