Here is the system i am building let me know what else you woudl recommed it will be used mostly for gaming. Also let me know what type of cooling is really required and if i should get active or passive memory cooling.

Amd 64 3200+
Gigabyte KG-k8ns pro Nforce 3 250 mb MOBO
ATi x800 256 mb
Seagate 120 gig 7200 rpm SATA
Samsung CDRW/DVD
pc3500 1 gig RAM (don't know what company or if dual channel is supported so let me know)
BenQ 17" LCD monitor
 
On your memory, are you planning on getting 2x512 or 1x1024? If you want dual channel and don't think you'll upgrade definitely get 2x512. Kingston HyperX or the higher end Geil is pretty good stuff.

And if you want to overclock your Proc you'll definitely need a better heatsink and fan then the stock one. I'm not really familiar with the AMD hsf's but ask around someone'll know.

on the memory issue i was planning on getting geil 2x512 dual channel but someone said that it wouldn't work with the system i was building is that true. And any other thoughts on coolling beside the hsf
 
Only the socket 939 chips support dual channel.

I would get something from Mushkin, Kingston, Corsair, or OCZ maybe. Geil is sort of a cheaper brand that isn't as high of quality. Mushkin or Kingston are the two i prefer.
