So this lady claims that the accessibility of online porn can lead to sexual enlightenment. Oh really? Which one of you wants to test this theory by letting your significant other find your porn stash? Anyone?

Yes, the kinks are out there – they always have been – but there is no evidence that simple exposure to the vast database of online fetishes has sexualized our society any more or less than previous media have.

My SO doesn't have to 'find' my stash, she knows exactly what drive it's on and what the 'super secret' folder name is. Just this past weekend she asked me to set aside a folder and put some of my favorite content in it so she can come up with some ideas.

So yes, I agree with this article. The web is helping with 'sexual enlightenment' and it is certainly a good thing. A fulfilling sex life is vital to any long-term relationship (unless of course both partners are asexual, which is also fine).

What about those people who can communicate just fine, are married, and are enjoying their relationship, yet view porn with their SO?

Also, remember that the largest consumers of internet porn are the "family values" states - Utah and the bible belt.
 
Past girlfriends had no problems with porn. For some it's a turn on... I don't understand why a girl would be bothered with it.
 
All it's done is cause me trouble. MY SO is very closed minded and might as well be a nun.:(
 
Dude I have well over a TB of porn on my hard drives. I'm actually running out of space. I am simply facing a decision... should I delete some, or should I buy another HD? I would buy another HD, but don't want to seem like an addict. :D
