what drivers to use?

so i just got my 8800 GT and i'm a bit confused on what drivers to use, i see nvidia website goes for the 169.02, but 163.75 is for everything else.

i need drivers for xp and vista, so what do you all recommend for xp and vista 32bit.

i also see the beta drivers as well, should i consider those as well?
