What driver is everyone using for their new 5870? The one on the CD or the 9.9 drivers from ATI's website? Are their any 9.10 beta's floating around...

What version does the CD want to install?
I'm pretty sure that the CD driver will work. But compare the version number to the one online to see if ATI has updated them.
 
No I know that the drivers on ATI's site are newer but will they work. When the 4870 came out the drivers on ATI's website would not work, only the ones on the CD.
 
Yeah, the beta drivers off the website are newer than what the card ships with. The drivers that ship with the card are dated mid aug where the website drivers are dated sept 21.
