Top comment says they fixed it by pressing the power button several times. Sounds odd but worth a shot.

Can't find any definitive answers on it otherwise, but see several other forums and YouTube posts with the same issue on older Samsung phones and tabs. I didn't look at them all though.

It seems to me it would mean that either the battery doesn't have enough charge to boot the device, the battery is now shot/defective, or there is a connection issue between the battery and the device (saw another YouTube comment saying they saw a broken battery terminal and had to re-solder the connection to fix it).
