What does a 6800Ultra run at?

I have a 6800GT and am looking at overclocking it. A lot of people say a GT can easily run at Ultra speeds, and I was wondering what that was? Also, is it a bad idea to go straight from stock speeds to Ultra speeds? If so, what would be the best way to go about reaching Ultra speeds? I know every card is differnent and that mine could OC 100mhz faster then someone who has the exact card...but just a general idea is what I'm looking for. Thanks.

Typicaly the factory rating is 400/1100 but most cards, EVGA and BFG as well as others are shipping 425/1100. If you achieve the 400/1100 your in Ultra territory. I did and then some when i had my GT.

I hear the most resent ones dont oc as easily
