Hey I'm looking to buy a intel first ever.

Here are some links for what I'm looking at, Its at tiger direct and there is one close to my house but I would like to know your opinion about buying one of these intel and building it.
If the links don't work, Ill post the item number.
Everything barebones:
1:) Item Number: M452-2682 D
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=3344752&sku=M452-2682 D

Thoughts:Everything looks ok for gaming except the ram, I don't think this ram is really good. The video card isnt that great but it would give me an extra something to use, I have a 7900 gtx 512 card i would be using instead of the 8500 gt.
Everything else in this bundle is not bad at all for what I would be needing it for.

I would be playing a lot of games, CSS, and hopefully newer titles.
Or do you think I should wait for the newer processors to come out in a couple of months?
What should I do or what do you think?
Thanks for looking:D

Good GOD man you must be joking. You can built Conroe system for that price, Whats wrong with you. Pentium D you got to be kinding me.

Good thing I asked because I used to run a 3800+ asus sli deluxe set up with 200 gig hd, 7900 gtx and a nice tower that i built myself, So it has been a while since I have looked at any CPU stuff.
What is conroe systems? can you give me some more information about it?

Conroe is the name of the core for Intels Core 2 Duo processors. They are cheap, fast, and overclock like nobody's business.
Don't touch ANYTHING that says Pentium. Unless it's Pentium M. :D

I would recommend you head over to anandtech.com and read up on these processors.
