Im planning on buying everything i need now. I am new at overclocking and wasn't sure what people reccomend to overclock the processor to 3.8ghz. Any suggestion's?
 
first off gl with 3.8ghz, I too would love to get mine there
but as ADF stated motherboard, that is most important cause if it can't run at a high fsb then that will be your limiting factor and cooling is important too cause it won't reach that on stock cooling for this I like water but should not be needed cause these seem to run fairly cool
 
well you will need a motherboard and right now there is only one board that supports conroe that is available to the public
