I am trying to figure out if it is a 266 MHZ or a 333 MHZ bus processor. This is a used cpu and that is all the information I have to go on. Thanks

That part number would be an Athlon XP 1.4GHz (1600+), 1.75v, 256KB L2, 266MHz FSB but there seem to be typos in what you posted.

AX1600_MT3C, where _ = missing something and 3 & C were swapped around

The 3, if it's correct, means it's a 266MHz FSB CPU.
