that was on the discovery channel a while back (got it to work) they are called skippers, joggers something like that I can't remember the real name and their are a lot of them that do it. Not in russia alone either. For these guys it's like jogging around the neighborhood. They are truly gifted and from the show was actually trying to make a game out of it. I am not sure what happened with the game though.

It's called Le Parkour, and those who practice it are traceurs. It started in France; those are French words. Basically, the idea is to be able to start running in a straight line and stick to that straight line no matter what you have to get over. It's like gymnastics and acrobatics and running, in an urban environment. Some sweet stuff. I'd like to be able to do it.
