just got through building my comp, and im pretty new to the world of computers but i managed to get it up and running with no problems except for when I access Ntune it says that my PCI clock is set to track the HT bus, and if I adjst the HT bus the PCI clock will change as well and to contact my MB manufacturer to disable this. Ive contacted ASUS online about the prob and im awaiting response.

Also, whenever I restart the comp my monitor wont show and it says its out of range, etc. Im guessing its just a driver prob ? im running the off. 66.93, and I can run AO with no problems, but cant play doom3 on UQ without it freezing and being slow, and with my system it shouldnt be. here are my system specs:
ASUS A8N SLI
AMD 64 FX-55
NVIDIA EVGA Geforce 6800 Ultra x2
PCP&C 510 SLI
Seagate Barracuda 300 GB 7200 RPM
1GB Corsair XMS Extreme Memory s500mhz

no help ?

Wow... those are some really nice specs. I'm not 100% sure what's going on with Doom 3, but I might try the new Beta driver set of nVidia's website (71.84's I believe). They've added and fixed functionality pertaining to the SLI configs, and was developed with that in mind. Give those a try and let us know how it goes.

holy crap... nice system...must've cost you tons of money :) where's the raptors? hehe

and why are u using ntune? use the bios..it's better..alot better
