got an fx-62 with an m2n32 mobo and I can hit 3.15ghz at 14x225mhz and 3.12ghz at 12x250mhgz. am I safe to assume that I should go with the 3.12ghz (12x250mhz) because the memory would be going at 520mhz rather than 450mhz?

you can assume that the higher the memory, the better the performance-although you probably wouldnt notice the diff anyway. The majority here would tell you, the higher the cpu speed, the better and I agree.

i doubt you'd notice a 30 mhz difference in cpu speeds, so the higher memory speed is probably better.

i agree, 30mhz on a cpu is less gain than 100mhz on ram...

anything over 3.0ghz is awsome on an AMD

i have a similar less much lower OC.

mine will do 2.6@1.56 w 5/6 mem divider thus giving like 213mem
or 2.5 1:1 with my mem. so i run 250*10 1:1 on a daily basis...

if i had low lateny ram and not CL3 DDR500 than I would run the 2.6

I think your OC is awsome either way
