what cords do i need todo this?

ok, my computer is in my room hooked up to my crappy stereo. how ever my parents have the house rigged up w/ speakers and they have the receiver in the living room which is about 75 feet away. i looked on the back it has wire terminals as well as rca connections. what do i need to send my music to the receiver. i currently use the onboard sound on my abit NF7-S mobo (soundstorm i think). to connect it to my stereo i simply uses a headphones extention that i bought from radioshack (its connected to the aux) do i simply use the same setup i have now? or do i need special wires ( i have a 3/8 to rca adapter) :confused: i would really appriciate any thing you guys/gals can suggest (keep in mind i have almost no budget, maby $10) :D
 
but I'm not sure how much degradation a signal would have over 75' with such a poor quality wire.

Even for a high quality cable that is a problem.
Add in the low output level said integrated solution has and you have a recipe for crappy audio.
 
thx for advise guys i should rigg something up within the upcoming weeks (xmas shopping left my wallet too skinny to do anything right now) ill tell ya how it souds when i set it up :D
