I used to have a SNES and a PlayStation but I traded those in.. I wish I still had my SNES, it was an awesome console.

The only console games i play are madden, the gta series, and grand torismo.

Not all games work perfectly and some games are just buggy. I'd say 90% of popular NES and SNES games work pretty well. N64 emulation is still pretty buggy and it seems the N64 will always play games better than any emulator for the Xbox.

Why? Did you and your room-mates/siblings buy one each? And, I thought that Halo only allowed 8 person maps, or is it 16?

I just wish that I had time to play all the games I own. I didn't even get into console gaming until about two years ago. I had decided to get an Xbox so that me and my college buddies could play some Halo and DOA3. Before I knew it, I was hooked. :)

I have a few systems, but not been playing them much since I got my 9600 a few months back:

I've been through 3 Dreamcasts, all of which broke within 6 months. I currently don't have a Dreamcast that works. :(
 
yeah, i haven't been playing my xbox either since I got my video card.
 
It's about the opposite for me. Since my rig turned three years old, I haven't been doing much PC gaming.
 
Gamecube w/GameBoy Player and 256MB XG Flash card. I have PocketNES on the flash card (so my wife can play SMB3 and other NES games on the cube) along with my favorite GameBoy Advance games. I've also go an XBox in the closet that is waiting for me to have some time to add a chip and harddrive so it can be a media-center type box. There is an old NES in the closet also.

I know for a fact that you can connect 4 Xboxs in Halo for a 16 player game. I do that sometimes but have only a few times here. I bought a launch Xbox but my brother kept taking it to other people's houses so I just bought another one and the problem was solved. I later bought another one so I could mod without having to worry about getting kicked off Live.

I own a PS2, but to be honest I only rent games once in a blue moon. I don't even have any games for the system, but it's still there. I play on my PC more than anything, Tribes2 and CoD right now.

I don't see myself buying a console again when my computer has such great games for it, and online play capability.

Yeah, I just checked before. I think Blood Gulch, and Sidewinder are 16 player capable.

I just sold my Playstation and GB Color (the Pokemon ed ;) ) so right now I only own a PS2.. I'm considering buying an XBox after the summer...

Yep. Me 2. I have the old NES and SNES laying around, but I use emulators for that.
